Job Description •Create issue and process payment for property management •Financial budgeting and reporting •Property hangover accounting documents and process •Review/ consolidate accounting documents and process •Suggest and implement best process •Check/review AP and payment activities •Organize monthly stock count and responsible for stock adjustment. •Make sure that all transactions are recorded and posted correctly. •Audit financial transactions and documents •Comply with company financial policies and regulations •Consolidate weekly, monthly and annual financial statements •Keep abreast of financial policies and regulations •Established accounting policies and procedure •Complete other tasks assigned by Management

Job requirement •At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related fields. •At Least 2 year experience related to this field. •Knowledge of computer skill in (Microsoft Office & QuickBooks) •Positive attitude toward learning, teamwork and work under pressure. •Good interpersonal and communication skills. •Be flexible, honest, and friendly.
