- Issuing invoice/Re-embodiment/Credit standard - Prepare monthly profit & lost, balance sheet costing reports - Ensure that accounting records properly maintained accurate - Prepare monthly tax declaration submit to tax department - Checking monthly tax filling declaration (TOP, TOS, WHT, Purchase, Import & Export) - Check update daily cash and expenditure reports - Check daily invoices bill out - Check follow up customers overdue some times - Prepare monthly staff payroll - Other tasks be assigned by management.

- University degrees Accounting / Finance / Banking - Strong analytical accounting skill - Experience accounting Quick Books software other accounting software package - At least 3 years experiences in Freight forwarding and logistics industry - Good English communication interpersonal skill - Flexible hard working and honest - Computer literate.
