As part of our expansion plans, BRCM is now seeking a Costal Engineer to join the RE team. As a key member of our RE team, you will support the origination, execution, value creation and successful exit of investments in Southeast Asia, as well as provide sector-wide services. - Good knowledge in reclamation construction. - Coordinate all design and technical matters with design consultants. - Perform close supervision daily, monitor progress and ensure works are done in accordance with approved standards, specification and regulations. - Review of proposed method statement submitted by the Contractor. - Repost of any non-conformity of contractor’s work on site. - Update the and report regularly to management on the site progress. - Supervise, manage and work with the project team in all stages/ phases of project. - Carry of regular site check on contractor quality of work and ensure work none is to accordance to approved construction drawings, method of statement and specification. - Ensure contractors compliance with health and work safety in accordance with local authority regulation. - Ensure team members effectively identity, manage and report project rise. - Place emphasis on safe construction practice and maintaining high quality of construction. - Establish working relationship with constructors. - Attend weekly site progress meeting.

- Bachelor's Degree in coastal engineering or related scientific field - Master's Degree in coastal engineering or related scientific field, or equivalent work experience - Desire to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. - Possess strong technical and analytical skills. - Possess strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to fluently communicate in spoken and written English and Mandarin - Have a passion for working in a coastal project - Willing to travel and work at beachfront project locations - Self-motivated, hard-worker capable of working both independently and in a team setting. - Desire to gain knowledge and experience and advance career. - Has 2-4 year's relevant experience - Welling to be relocated in Sihanoukville, Cambodia
