* Responsibilities: As Safety Officer, your role is to elevate and continually remind the organization about the importance of safety by promoting a healthy and safe work environment to all workers. •Prepare and implement Site Safety and Health Plan throughout the organization •Work closely with Management team and staff to implement safety procedures, while respecting or improving current work processes •Establish and maintain relevant HSE records and documentation •Ensure the required PPE’s are available for new entry staff and involve in PPE inventory management •Conduct the HSE inspections on plants/sites/workshop/vehicles to ensure non-compliance issues are corrected •Prepare weekly/monthly HSE update reports •Minimize the hazards during operations by using preventive action initiatives and take corrective action when required •Ensure that each incident is properly handled, corrected, and recorded through an Incident Action Plan. •Prepare a system to report and correct unsafe acts or conditions through site supervisors and HR (although the Safety Officer may exercise authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required). •Develop and implement safety & environmental training programs for each BU of the organization, including prevention programs, inspections, audits and corrective activities •Set up an Occupational Health and Safety Management team to develop, measure and report on metrics related to the safety performance within the organization •Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

•Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field •At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of HSE management/construction site or related area •Knowledge of risk assessment and analysis •Good planning and time management skill •Ability to work under pressure •Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and solve problems •Knowledge of performance metrics is an advantage •Proficiency in Microsoft Office •Ability to work with others in a mature, professional and collaborative way.
