1. Receive and implement the design work for the project is delivered, including on the progress of work, to plan for structural, computational modeling, advance to optimal solution, and coordinating the work with the contractor. 2. Design, co-ordination and design verification civil and structural design activities 3. Manage risk, commercial issues and compliance processes and procedures in relation to Quality, Environmental Management and other policies 4. Work clearly with the architects, other engineering disciplines, consultants and clients as required. 5. Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings and shop submittals to support construction 6. Design and delivery of all projects by ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of require project outcomes by exceeding company expectations on program, cost and quality 7. Budgetary management of tender design fees and preparation of detailed design fee estimates. 8. Review of designs including interrogating drawings and other technical documentation. 9. Carry out inspection upon site specific requirement as directed by line manager. 10. Check the work done by the construction team. 11. Perform tasks defined by Technical Manager/Project Manager.

1. Master/bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or other related fields 2. Minimum 5 years experiences in Structural Design Engineer; 3. Basic time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. 4. Intermediate knowledge of Structural Engineering analysis & design software as well as Robot Professional Analysis, CAD, Advanced Concrete and general office software packages and also knowledge of design standards. 5. Must have strong written and verbal communication in English 6. Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills 7. Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working; 8. Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
