- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or related fields - At least 2 years’ working experience in Financial Management, accounting or bookkeeping - Knowledge of accepted accounting practice and principles - Good computer literacy especially Microsoft Office & Outlook - Good knowledge in office and admin management - Very good knowledge in QuickBooks and other accounting applications - Comprehensive Khmer& English communication both verbal and written - Good negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, and problem solving skill - Attention to detail and accuracy - Dynamic, rigorous, open minded, highly committed and timely manner - Be honest, integrity and willing to work as a team - Well organized when working under pressure
