• Provide effective and innovative training delivery to Financial Consultants, Life Insurance Consultant, all staff, and business partners. • Conduct research to instantly improve the content and delivery methods of relevant training courses and development initiatives. • Coordinate with Program and Instructional Designer to develop curriculum on sales and distribution knowledge and skills to continuously improve the performance of the sales force. • Contribute to the production of creative tools to assist the sales force in maximize their productivity. • Assist the sales management team in conducting training and coaching sessions for their Financial Consultants/Life Insurance Consultants. • Assist the Head of the Channel in developing and conducting Training Needs Analysis related to sales and distribution among the sales force and the organization. • Serve as a central point for knowledge and skills related to sales and distribution. • Work closely with the sales management teams in organizing channel-related events, especially on the side of providing extraordinary event experience.

• University degree, preferably in Education, Economics, or Business Administration • Minimum 3-year experience holding positions of financial services front line, trainers OR Sales. • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education/training with experience teaching at university • Highly ambitious, independent thinker, hard-working and high level of empathy
