• Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or any related field • At least 2 years experience as site supervisor • Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written • Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good inter-personal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff • Ability to interpret plans, liaise with clients, architects and project managers • Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving and develop ideas from conceptualization to completion • Must have a good knowledge of available materials/products and different techniques and resources available • Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels • A positive work ethic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
