Jobs Description

Responsibilities: • Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals • Devising and establishing IT policies, systems and strategy to support the implementation of business strategies set by management • Identify business requirements and recommend system development/enhancements to management to meet business needs. • Procure and Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions on time • Audit systems and assess their outcomes • Preserve assets, information security and control structures • Evaluate the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality, efficiency and in proper manner. • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and implementation. • Recruit, train, supervise and guide staff in MIS systems • Manage and evaluate MIS team to identify the needs for technical and professional growth. • Prepare and Control IT budget and report on expenditure • Evaluate vendor proposals to determine application, infrastructure, budget and resource requirements for the proposed project. • Perform negotiation and administration of service agreements and contracts with vendors. • Plan and develop project specifications, schedules, tasks, etc. • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and contingency plan for systems * MIS Job • Develop Web Application, Mobile App and analyses systems that are to be used by the employees and the managers of the company using IOS, Android and other framework such.NET • Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization • Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all the departments are functioning properly • Collect necessary specifications for each department and make sure that their requirements are met • Develop and manage staff to monitor technology staff and oversee policies and procedures of the company • Look after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plan proper budget and quotations for the systems • Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems • Train the employees in using information systems and help them understand the configuration of the systems • Other duties assigned by Manager.

Jobs Requirement

* Qualifications and Education Requirements • At Least 5 years in IT& MIS in commercial real estate or property development firm. • Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience • Should be proficient working with all types of operating systems such as IOS, Android, Microsoft, etc. • Should understand the specifications of the software to be installed in the computers and make necessary pre-installations • Ability to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems and maintain security of the systems • Proficient working with the office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc. • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems • Expertise in data center management and data governance • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation • Ability to manage personnel • BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field • Ability to meet deadlines * Essential Functions • To become a MIS manager, it is necessary that you pursue a graduate or a master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. • Possessing a management degree will also be helpful as in this field; apart from technical knowledge expertise in management is also required. * Code of Conduct: • Keep a good presentation and express perfect behavior and appearance, seriousness • Be industrial and helpful • Be polite and friendly • Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work • Work independent and confidential * Staff’s Benefit: • Received Gasoline Monthly • Provide Phone, Sim Card and Phone card • Annual Leave 15days • Sick Leave 7days • Special Leave 7days • Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labour Law) • Private Insurance (Health & Accident) • Public Insurance (NSSF) • Staff’s Evaluation • Staff's Training • Staff's Mission Allowance • Staff's Scholarships • Staff’s Birthday • Uniform • Annual Party • Yearly Bonus • 13th Salary • Other Special discount from shop
