-Motivate, lead and groom the outlets team, ensuring career growth and development -Set standard and objectives for outlets operation team -Review and improve operational efficiency and work flow -Provide training to retail teams to develop their skills and enhance their job performance -Lead a team of outlet managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner -Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele -Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations -Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales -Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores -Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis -Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites -Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues -Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.

-Candidate must possess at a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent. -Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English. -Required verbal and written in Mandarin. -At least 5 years(s) of working experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. -Possess experience in managing multiple outlets. -Proven experience as Area Manager, Outlet Manager, Assistant Manager or similar managerial role. -Independent with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill. -Strong understanding of Sales, resourceful with good networking and good management skills. -Team player with strong initiative, mature personality. -Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving abilities
