- Assisting guests at check-in - Organizing tee times and getting groups out on the course on time - Cash register sales, taking phone reservations, answering guest inquiries, supervising golf cart staging area, organizing shop merchandise, assisting with leagues - Adapts service based on customer needs, handles difficult customer situations and seeks solution to delight the customers - Collects fees for golf and merchandise; rings up sales under appropriate categories. - Rents equipment and golf carts. - Keeps Clubhouse clean. - Follows policies and procedures of Lakeside Golf Course
