- Oversee the development and implementation of architectural designs for a project - Provide design direction to the 3D modelling team based on project requirement - Support Architect Supervisor / Design Manager in executing multiple architectural projects. - Undertake architectural schematic and concept design for assigned projects, with the ability to undertake design details (windows, doors, sections, etc.) including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings, preliminary specifications and other required design information. - Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check to ensure designs are properly validated as approved design process - Produce detailed workings, architectural DWGs and specifications - Exhibit Strong detailing skills such as wall sections, windows and doors sections, structural joints, finishing materials and carpentry construction - Exhibit strong technical expertise with clear understanding of space requirements, materials, color, lighting systems and construction methods - Specify the nature and quality of materials required - Work with a team of other professional such as building service engineers, construction manager, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists - Coordinate the work of the project with engineering and MEP team - Ensure that all DWG are reviewed and checked by Architect supervisor / Design Manager prior to external issue - Coordinate with design team members to make sure all the revision is being spread and well understood - Join site inspection and solve problems and issues that might arise during construction - Support Architect Supervisor during product design or installation - Prepare and present periodic reports to Architect Supervisor / Design Manager to update them on the progress of a project. - Other works assigned by Architect Supervisor or Design Manager.

- Bachelor Degree in Architecture OR Interior Design - Self-motivated, creative, innovative, and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks - At least 2-3 years experiences in High rise building - Work examples that demonstrate a strong design sensibility and superior technical knowledge - Ability to produce detailed and coordinated construction documents - Comfort with multi-tasking and collaboration within a context of fast-paced projects - Ability to use multiple media (hand sketching through advance digital) to develop, test and communicate design ideas quickly and effectively - Deep knowledge of architectural practice and construction in general - Organized, efficient and able to work well and lead others - Auto-CAD proficiency, 3D proficiency and Max rendering skills - Familiarity with international building codes - Have good negotiation skills, communication skill, interpersonal skill and problem-solving skills - Be flexible, honesty, responsibility, hard-working, and work under pressure - Good English language communication skills What we offer: We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits including free meals, Seniority pay, bonus, and insurance, etc. with excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates.
