1/ AR (01 Senior 500 - 700 usd & 02 Officer 250 - 400 usd) • Performs various clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of various teams • Posts entries, verifies and reconciles input to financial reporting systems • Responds to inquiries and contacts other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems • Enters cash transactions in ledgers and reconciles cash reports; prepares bank deposits • Processes payments, assists in preparation of billings and other financial reports 2/ AP (01 Senior 500 - 700 usd & 02 Officer 250 - 400 usd) • Process purchase order (PO) and non-PO related vendor invoices in the SAP system • Respond to vendor inquiries and interact with vendors regarding issues relating to invoices. • Reconcile vendor statements and work with buyers to resolve discrepancies. • Book appropriate accruals for month end close and ensure all costs have been recorded in the correct period. • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. • Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation. • Perform monthly bank reconciliation. • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process. 3/Senior Account & Fix Asset (01) - 500 to 700 usd - Recording the cost of fixed assets that have been newly acquired. - Track of existing fixed assets. - Track of recording depreciation. - Perform accounting for the disposition of fixed assets. - Calculate the depreciation for all fixed assets. - Perform periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets. - Find out the potential obsolescence of fixed assets. - Perform regular physical inventory counts of fixed assets. - Give recommendations to management regarding the disposal (or not) of fixed assets. - Perform analysis related to fixed assets when requested by management. - Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and help out auditors when they have inquiries. - Help with property tax returns. - Be the face of the company during government audits of fixed assets. - Monitor the expenditures of the company for fixed assets in comparison to capital budget and management authorizations.

Jobs Requirement

1/ Account Receivable (01 Senior &b 05 Officer) • Proven experience as an AR Specialist or similar accounting role. • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) • Excellent Written and Communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Work well independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of SAP System and Business Objects a Plus 2/ Account Payable ( 01 Senior & 05 Officer) • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices across multiple areas of accounting. • Systems navigation and use in entering, tracking, and researching accounting information. • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, managing files and records, and other office procedures. • Documenting/Recording Information—Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form. 3/ Senior Account & Fix Asset (01) - Possess Bachelor’s degree in accounting - Possess strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Strong knowledge and experience of fixed assets and General Ledger - Possess strong proficiency in Excel - Strong ability to apply several accounting and reporting systems - Strong communication and analytical skills - Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting - Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines - Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time - Most employers will require that you pass certain assessment tests to confirm your eligibility for this job.
