- Develop plans and specifications for civil engineering, including factory buildings and machinery set-up; - Supervise and monitor the construction and machinery installation; - Perform and analyze architect drawing and structural design; - Perform Civil engineering duties surrounding the following;buildings,sub-divisions, drainage,road,water supply,and environmental systems. - Supervise and encourage the factory’s engineering team, technicians and workers; - Develop and supervise the company’s R&D activities; - Liaise with foreign technical experts for transfer of technical know-how;

- University degree in management and/or engineering; - At least 2 years of experience in supervising construction work and/or machinery installation; - Self-motivated, strong leadership, clear planning and decision making; - Familiar with relevant software such as GPS, Robot Millennium, AutoCAD 2D and 3D, etc. - Good personal relation, self-motivated and clear planning skills; - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure; - Fluent in English both writing and speaking;
