Job Summary: 1.Support Head of Strategic Planning in analyzing, strategizing and planning for the PD’s business development, business intelligence through executing accurate and reliable information, quality assurance and value-added service propositions covering sales activations strategy and bancassurance plans. 2.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to all PD’s functions, internal AIA departments and partners to achieve PD business strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1.Business Intelligence & Information Management 40%) Be responsible for developing concept, design, implementing PD information management platforms (including but not limited to reporting templates, procedures at function, department, company and Group levels)and providing business intelligence in order to support PD stakeholders’ decision-making process and overall business strategy. collaborate with partners and internal departments to ensure transactions are complete, accurate and timely (following tight deadlines due to business needs if any) ensure timely generating and doing reports in various required templates (excel/ power points…) required by line manager, internal teams and partners Proactivelyliaise with Sales teams to ensures all required information/ data/ reports are in place timely assist line manager to monitor and analyze strategic initiatives/ strategic KPIs/ data across channels (of all existing and potential partners) that will drives achievement Explore new and potential business improvement across business channels (conduct sales projections, non-interest income plan, budget plan) and evaluate the business opportunities...) Understand all existing products and explore new potential products to work with AIA Product department and PD Sales teams to drive sales. 2.Business Quality Partner (15%) Responsible for business quality assurance implementation and monitoring across PD channel in order to maintain its service standards and values added to all business partners Ensure SLAs agreed with partners 3.Channel Activation (10%) Responsible for monitoring sales & channel activation through strategic communication, thematic program and various campaign across distribution channel in order to support improvement of sales achievements (including but not limited to productivity, average case, payment modes, profitable products…) 4.Bancassurance support (10%) Responsible for maintaining and monitoring banc assurance strategic plans and activities to support smooth sales daily activity. 5.Stakeholder’s Relation (10%) Develope and maintain efficient and close relationship with all PD stakeholder’s and other AIA departments in order to support PD’s overall business strategy and development 6.Budget controlling & Monitoring (5%) Responsible for PD budget monitoring in order to support PD business development and efficiency 7.Staff Coaching and Development (5%) Responsible for staff coaching process and development in order to support their career programs if any Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assign by Head of partnership distribution in order to fulfill business requirements

Job Requirements: • Education – Bachelor in Economy/ Finance/Accounting or Business Management • Minimum 4 years in insurance industry, banking, auditing or finance with exposure in business process and project management • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office • Strong time management skills to meet timelines required • Efficient communication and negotiation skill • Able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure • Ability to lead team effectively • Strong leadership and communication skill
