- Supervise and coordinate with design team on daily activities and assigned projects; - Lead structrual engineer team to perform assigned tasks; - Conduct structural analysis of assigned projects and coordinate with structural draftsman for detail drawings; - Prepare BOQ; - View and verify on BOQ of structural quantity done by structural engineer team; - Ensure structural plan is in compliance with company standards and project requirement; - Examine every risk of structural plan to maintain architectural and structural integrity; - Prepare reports of structural analysis, designs and drawings; - Supervise structural engineer and ensure the assigned work done within time frame; - Conduct site inspection on structural and related work; - Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

- Bachelor or master degree in Civil Engineering; - At least 5 years experiences in structural analysis and design both concrete and steel structure (PT is a plus) - Computer literacy (Auto CAD, Robot Structural Analysis, Etap, SAP, AFES Foundation Design, Adapt Builder, Adapt PT, Revit Structure...) - Good management and leadership skills; - Good sense of judgement problem solving skills.
