KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Daily report a. Posting expense & income entry b. Receiving cash from customers c. Scanning, copying, and delivery documents d. Controlling office expenses & supplies e. Performing other duties assigned by Manager 2. Weekly report a. Preparing payment for supplier (check & cash payment request) b. Preparing staff & other allowance 3. Monthly Report a. Preparing cash & bank book report b. Preparing fixed asset depreciation report c. Preparing monthly accrued & prepaid expense d. Preparing NSSF declaration report e. Paying tax, NSSF, utilities, internet, telephone… f. Preparing eVAT & Tax Payment Request for GDT g. Submitting tax declaration, NSSF declaration, and NBC report

KEY REQUIREMENTS: • 2nd year student or higher in accounting/bank field are encouraged to apply • Good level of English language • Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email…) • Be smart, fast learning, honest, patient, and good attitude Note: Training will be provided.
