- Preparing IFRS financial statement - Manage the daily activities of the accounting department - Knowledge about the inventory accounting system - Book keeping all the transactions into the system or accounting software - To approve all the general vouchers and ensure that they are correct before being posted into the system - Control the billing process and payment to the suppliers and vendors - Prepare payment voucher and checking all expenses - Handing account payable and account receivable - Monitoring revenue and expenditure transaction - Be in-charged full set of accounting & finance department / Handling monthly tax and annual tax on profit - Directly responsible for the recording, reporting and analysis of the financial statement - Other tasks will assigned by Manager
