• Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily all activities. • Types or drafts memorandum, correspondence, and other documents and reports and confidential nature. • Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings. • Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the General Manager’s Office and other department heads. • Provides strong secretarial support to the Manager to manage activities. • Researches and assembles information from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports and correspondence for the Manager. • Work closely with all head departments, where applicable, to ensure accurate and effective data presentation. • Keep abreast of all developments in the activity to prepare appropriate reports and other documentation as required for weekly and monthly. • Other tasks assign by manager

• Degree holder, preferably in secretarial or relevant disciplines. • At least 1 year working experience in sizable company. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Good both spoken and written in English, Chinese is prefer. • Well-versed in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point,Internet and Email
