Jobs Description

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Transport associates to improve efficiency , productivity and processes • Responsible for building data base and profile of logistics service providers such as port, transporters, customs brokers, courier agents , suppliers and others for management’s review • To lead and prepare crystal report from various data base such as Sunsystem, Excel and other reports for new logistics projects and improvement plan. • Evaluate existing capabilities and establish new systems and processes for tracking , measurement, reporting, and analysis of all traffic • Providing reports to management, inventory, distribution and freight analysis as required • To work on cost models for new logistics projects • Any other task and special projects assigned by management • • To organize and control all driver and company’s asset (trucks & crane)’s activities and performance efficiently. • To plan and organize transportation outbound and inbound schedule to be executed the delivery on time. • To arrange trucks for delivery based on the company’s daily sale plan. • • To follow up closely on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent from late delivery. • To work effectively with the contracted transport vendors to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill the company’s sale plan. • To take actions to prevent others from working in an unsafe manner. • To do other tasks assigned by superiors and management.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and related to stock/Inventory controlling. • Accounting. • Operational and reporting. • Stock Reconciliation. • Good in English. • Physical stock count. • Excel and PowerPoint. • Familiar with Info system. • Good interpersonal skills. • Communication and problem solving. • Ability to work under pressure. • Valid driver’s license. • Flexible to travel. • Willing to change mindset. • Working with challenges.
