Coordinate between MEP team and consultant o Control site contraction, safety plan and planning o Checking construction materials record of MEP o Make approval from for shop drawings o Preparing and control MEP documentations o Checking shop drawing o Make appointment with material suppliers o Manage MEP team to follow-up on schedule o Site management and team meeting o list testing plans (T&C plan) o Daily report progress and monthly report o Check list MEP work o Deflection list o Schedule and list Inspection o Operation and maintenances for guarantee

Male or Female  Bachelor’s degree in electrical or equivalent  Good command of English  At least 3 years of experience in MEP  Knowledge of company’s rules, regulations and procedures  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)  AutoCAD  Strong organizational skill  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Strong detail oriented skill  Strong analytical and logical thinking skills  Ability to think creatively and innovatively  Good command in English
