Job Summary: The Marketing Manager drives the development and execution of the AIA Cambodia’s Market strategy, in line with AIA Group’s frameworks and guidelines, to safeguard and advance the Marketing performance for the Company, its life insurance solutions, and salesforce recruitment. Key Responsibilities: •Analyzing and utilizing marketing positioning and consumer insights •Devising and executing innovative marketing promotion and expansion strategies—both ALT & BTL •Monitoring market implementation and usage under AIA Group’s brand guidelines •Tracking market performance in the market while overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities •Lead creative development to create segment-based demand and action •Coordinating amongst various business functions and units and AIA Group •Liaising with agencies and creative production companies and other suppliers as required

Job Requirements: •At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field •A degree in business, marketing or communication is a plus •Knowledge and experience in video production and artwork design •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English •Ability to generate data-backed creative media contents •Ability to lead own team to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines •Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize competing commitments •Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices •Relentless negotiation capability •Meticulous detail orientation and analytical skill •High level of creativity and ambition •Solution-driven and collaborative attitude
