JTI Cambodia is currently seeking for Warehouse Associate (5 positions based in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville and Kompong Cham). The employee will be responsible for warehouse administration, stock monitoring, and process coordination with DC's branch warehouse. H/She will closely assist Warehouse supervisor on stock arrangement, stock preparation, physical stock count and move stock from one place to another, and clean warehouse on daily basis. ** Position Description: - Work closely with Sales Reps to arrange and prepare stock one day in advance; - Dispatch jobs to Warehouse Helper and issue stocks to each - Sales Reps in the morning - ensure issued stock equal to requested stock with necessary document signed; - Receive balance stocks from Sales Reps in the evening, do physical stock count to ensure correct quantities tally with - Sales Reps' stock reconciliation report; - Control the flow of stock through warehouse, monitoring goods in and out, ensure safely and efficiently moving and handling goods and keeping stock records; - Pre-determine and allocate storage location for incoming goods, re-locating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery; - Maintain inventory records, conduct daily stock count inside the warehouse to ensure actual and system are matched, and report if variance occurs, and assist to correct it; - Separate between good stocks and bad stock in the warehouse ie. market returns, manufacturing fault stocks, and D&D stock destruction; - Monitor loading and unloading goods from shipment and check that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received; - Perform housekeeping duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a clean, EHS and conducive environment for storage and prevent beetle infestation; - Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
