- Greeting and provide services to walk-in customer at counter - Receive inbound calls and perform outbound calls to new and existing customers - Resolve complaint from customers - Prepare daily activities report to line manager - Assist Insurance Advisor in submitting requirement documents to operations team - Verify submitted insurance documents from Insurance Advisors - Respond to any inquiries via email and phone call from customer - Other duties as assigned.
