• To ensure accurate inbound and outbound customs process and perfect reports to submit to MOI on the required timeframe at end of each quarter per MOI regulations. • To solve all logistics concerning issues / to ensure all inbound and outbound shipment was reached to end customer on properly time and accurate MOI record. • To assist all requesters on all Logistics issue in order to maximize the company benefits from MOI privilege and minimize tax and interest fined from customs office. • To co-ordinate with freight forwarders, airlines and insurance company in order to do the settlement of claim. • To manage for MOI Privilege extension approval from MOI. • To manage and monitor all subordinates to perform tasks in accordance with company rule and regulation. • To perform other duties as assigned by superior.
