A. Dimensions of the Position: (line report and role function) ● The leadership of 4-6 Caseworkers ● Lead and manage high-risk cases of children and families ● Linking connection between Caseworker Staff and CSP Board ● Networking with Local Commun Chiefs ● Perform duties of a key leader in ICF Cambodia Organisation B. Role and Responsibilities ● Empower & lead Caseworkers to reach their full potential in their job responsibilities as well as maintain a healthy work-life balance. ○ Leadership is mainly done through advising, training and coaching the Caseworker Training = Together and alongside with the CW, mostly on the worksite, go to the Village go with the CW and teach practical skills, Report, Debriefing, Reflection Talks Coach = One to one, sitting together, asking questions, listen, Solution focus, Goal that the CW find a Solution, lead to finding the answer of the case Advise =give a helping hand if needed, giving the Solution, Stepping in and take responsibility for the case, decision making, notifying Program Manager ○ Coachings with CW Coachings with Caseworkers are on a regular basis to ensure proper Case Management as well as following up on the work-life balance of the Caseworker. Coaching is defined as a way of the leadership of guiding Caseworker through a problem/case. We believe the Caseworker, regarding his/her level of experience has the capacity to contribute to the case and involve ideas and action steps. ○ Monitoring Family Visitations: following up with the Caseworkers on all assigned families and being a person keeping them accountable for visiting every family on a regular schedule. Help define focus families, create SMART goals, monitor and close them. ○ Ensure clear and continuous reporting of family history ● Linking connection between Caseworker Staff and CSP Board ○ Ensure information - flow between Caseworkers and Program Manager regarding their personal requests, complaints, challenges in work-life balance and struggles in keeping up with values/boundaries/upholding set expectations, as well as growth and milestones in their performances. ○ Keeping Program Manager updated about caseload and high-risk cases (eg school dropouts, abuse cases, neglect, addiction and similar. Also decisions outside of the approved budget and overall information about current issues and project/tasks) ○ Ensure communication and keeping flexible cooperation with different ICF departments in operational areas and daily business in a supporting and understanding attitude. ○ Be an active and engaged part of Child Sponsorship Leadership Team, standing in unity together and supporting the implementation of new processes, ensure feedback to develop Child Sponsorship. ○ Having a supportive role in developing Child Sponsorship in its structure, processes, and workflow ○ Perform other duties as required by the leader of Child Sponsorship ● Networking with Authorities and Partners ○ Continuously invest in building up relationships with key authorities in our target areas by visitations and joining meetings and special events (eg. Police Officer, Village Security, School Director, Health Centers) ○ Reach out to churches, NGO and partners in the target area. C. Leadership and Problem Solving ● Culture of EQUIPPING - Supervisor is part of building a healthy and holistic team in order to carry these values out to our communities. They equip the Caseworkers to advance from a position of strength. ○ MULTIPLY - Supervisors investing in Caseworkers, clients, and ICF as a whole to build the Organisation and influence society. ○ ENCOUNTER - Supervisors reach out and meet people on a personal level, expectant change to happen ○ REACH - As key leaders Supervisors are proactive and reach out to all people. Believing in the power of the gospel to reach all generations for Jesus Christ. ○ CARE - Supervisors help to create caring and sharing communities within ICF to experience a sense of belonging ○ EMPOWER - Supervisors equip and search for potential in Caseworkers and clients and support them their job responsibilities as well as maintain a healthy work-life balance. ● Culture of Leadership: ○ Our goal is for Caseworkers to flourish, take responsibility, grow in leadership and discover the power of their shared potential. So we help to discover God-given passion and entrust them with ownership so they can take responsibility. We encourage to dream big and act small by setting clear boundaries and learning faithfulness in small steps. Jobs Requirement

** Knowledge: ● Working experience in leadership and social skills/community development ● Good English speaking and writing (Intermediate level) ● Critical and connected thinking ** Skills: ● comprehensive reporting principles ● Ability to read, implement and develop processes ● Good computer skills, including e-mail, windows, word processing, and spreadsheet ● General time management and organization skills
