• Prepare Financial Statements (Monthly) • Cash flow forecasting • Perform cash and bank reconciliation • Compile analyze financial information, prepare entries accounts, such general journal, general ledger accounts, document business transactions. • Ensure accuracy of payment process comply with accounting procedure and proper supporting documents • Ensure accuracy of accounting record by preparing key reconciliation of general ledger like advance, prepayment, accrual and other ledgers. • Adjusting accounting entry transaction at month end • Handle monthly tax declaration • Sound understanding internal control to assist in develop accounting process and procedure • Able to handle ad-hoc tasks by completing related results as needed • Other tasks assign by manager

• Bachelor degree of accounting field or equivalent qualification and ACCA is a plus • Language English and Chinese are the must • Good in Microsoft Office especially in excel and word • Familiar in accounting software Peachtree, Quick-book, • Good in interpersonal, presentation, communication and problem-solving skill • Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility to deliver the result and per deadline • Attention to details and accuracy
