Warehouse: •Control and manage inventory •Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations •Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse •Inspect condition of tools and equipment •Enforce all company rules and regulations •Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job •Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products •Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly •Be able to deal with general management and strategic planning whilst also able to involve themselves in practical work on the warehouse floor. •Make sure that employees are regularly briefed, supervised and trained but also that any machinery or vehicles are maintained, upholding health, safety and security in the work place at all times. •Take regular time to check the stock of the inventory, keeping systems up to date by producing regular reports, and planning for future capacity requirements. •Keep maintain budgets and environmental standards, fulfilling any obligations given by management. •Keep communicating with distributors, suppliers, employees and other head office to ensure quality and delivery standards are upheld. •Prepare monthly warehouse report •Perform related task assigned my management Property Service: •Monitor Productivity of property service •Prepare or update progress reports of property service •Verify PR and submit it in SAP •Approve PR hard copy which is submitted by Property Service Manager •Prepare overall productivity of property service to DryPort Director •Lead property service manager to perform project and activity to ensure the project is done in a finely manner and plan •Propose the presentation and continue actions to ensure productivity of property service is improved

• Male • Good command in English both specking and writing • Relevant qualifications associated with Warehouse Management two years at least • Strong management skills, be able to organize efficiently a team to manage the warehouse smoothly. • Good organization skill including people, stock and budgets whilst planning for the future. • Be able to motivate a workforce and encourage strong teamwork. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or any warehouse system would be beneficial SI DRY-PORT offers a competitive salary, bonus, accident and health insurance, and full medical claim for employee.
