- Develop Environment protection procedures and guidelines for the Company’s Production and Distribution business - Rollout and implement the procedures to ensure all preventive measures are taken - Work with different Departments to ensure procedures are implemented - Develop Health safety procedures and guidelines for the Company’s employees in Terminals, Office and Service Stations - Rollout and implement the procedures to ensure all preventive measures are taken - Pro-actively work with management to protect and prevent health related incidents for Company employees - Develop Fire Safety procedures and guidelines for the Company’s Oil Terminals, Office buildings, Tank Trucks and other facilities - Implement improvements including additional fire prevention equipment, systems - Ensure a good Fire response plan is in place for key facilities - Roll out Training Programs based on Priorities across the Company based on an annual Learning Plan approved by Management. - Also develop and rollout a Company wide, simple Orientation Program for all new Employees on EHS - Conduct regular review of EHS Systems implemented and conduct Safety Audits regularly to ensure compliance - Be the Company’s main subject matter expert for EHS
