- Receives/processes invoices/expense claims - Prepares/issues PCV’s - Put code center on RO - Records/updates cash books (PCF) - Works on conical hat accounting system process - Prepare VAT table & WHT table for monthly tax declaration - Issue Debit Note - Prepare JV entries and its’s schedules (payment & depreciation) - Prepares monthly bank reconciliation - Prepare salary and salary tax schedule for yearly tax audit - Conducts Fixed Assets sighting - Conducts stock take/Discrepancy/Final Result - In charge GRN and SRI - Assign to go out for payment - Records/updates Accounts schedule of expenses upon payment - Performs various functions as required by superior - Cash weekly report - Closing cashbook - Internal Management Account - LCL Budget Ledger Base

- Possess at least a Degree in Accounting, with at least 1 year working experience in accounting related field with established companies - Capable of multi-tasking and can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours - Preferably with background in processing invoices, bank reconciliation, Journal Entries and Cash Book accounting entries - Knowledge of computer skill especially in MS Word and MS Excel - Good command of English, both written and spoken - Good inter-personal relationship Our Company offers attractive salary and fringe benefits for the right candidates who are looking for career development and long-term employment with the Company.
