I. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY Play a main role in executing the whole process of recruitment and talent acquisition. II. KEY JOB DUTIES Internal activities: • Align with Hiring Manager to define recruitment demands & candidate requirement. • Develop and update job descriptions • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job listing agency • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc • Assist Hiring Manager in Hiring process (hiring rounds and related affairs) • Be initiative to give solutions to issues of hiring round. External activities: • Cooperate and manage job listing agencies, headhunt agencies depending on recruitment demands • Conduct interviews/phone interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Firstly assess applicants matching to basic requirements of JD. • Transfer information to People Ops Team to prepare new hire packet (onboard date, new hire information…) • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Manage and increase the candidate experiences • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work" • Research other companies activities & market insight Other duties: • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager to research data in specific labour market. • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Other relevant tasks in recruiting & talent acquisition activities.

Jobs Requirement

I. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES • Over 1,5- 2 years of working experience in recruitment field, preferably in IT companies with solid knowledge in IT recruitment. • PC literacy (MS Office, Internet, in particular) • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and strong at building relationships with others; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a team player • Good time management, organizational, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills • Must have key characteristics: careful, accountable, strongly empathy, passionate, enthusiastic, sociable and proactive • Positive thinking & supportive • Knowledge in Business develop/Marketing is an advantage. • Fluent English • Experience with expat candidates is an advantage.
