The main purpose of the role is Assist the Finance & Administration Manager in providing professional reporting and controlling support to all departments in terms of inventory controlling, reporting, and forecasting. Assist the Finance & Administration Manager with preparing to report for SACCL and LSHI Group. Duties - Financial Accounting o Conduct Compliance Training o Monitor Company Compliance with Cambodia regulations o Assist Finance & Administration Manager in daily and monthly reporting o Assist Finance & Administration Manager with monthly KPI calculation and reporting o Develop and implement an inventory and fixed asset audit process o Perform account closing in Dealer Pro accounting system o Inventory control o Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues o Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate, reliable and timely financial reports o Maintain reconciliation balance sheet account o Be able to handle External and Internal Audit - Taxation o Keep abreast of developments in Cambodian tax regulations and practices o Monitor monthly tax declaration o Understand year-end tax - Other Tasks o Other tasks as instructed by management

• Bachelor's degree in accounting. A Master degree or ACCA candidate is preferred. • At least 5 years’ experience in accounting including 1 year in reporting role is plus. • Excellent Khmer and English language skill including speaking, reading, and writing • Strong Ms.-Office skills including advanced excel skills and able to prepare Ms. PowerPoint presentations in English. • Basic Knowledge of Cambodian Tax Law and Regulations. • Solid knowledge of CIFRS accounting and finance concepts
