** General Responsibilities: Be responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during the execute phase of projects with the team of Obayashi Vietnam Corporation - Cambodia Branch which is newly established in Phnom Penh. ** Main duties as following - Implement the drawing from Basic design stage until project is completed under the management of the Team leader and other tasks as assigned by high position. - Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors with relation to drawing issue. - Check the construction site periodically during the construction period. - Report weekly tasks for Team leader and Department Head.

- Male or Female from 25 to 30 years old - Graduated from the University with major in Architect. - 02 year architecture design experience - Understand detailed Construction drawings, Technical drawing and structures - Proficiency in Auto CAD & Revit software, Sketch up. - Be careful, creative, dynamic and self-motivated, and have a sense of responsibility - Ability to communicate well in English, as well as Cambodia language. - Willing to work overtime under high pressure - Working place: Cambodia – Construction Site Office ** Preferable Experiences/Skills - Practice experience and technical skills at site - Japanese / Vietnamese language skills (not necessary but preferable) ** Others - Short-term training in Vietnam is considered when joins. - We provide a young, dynamic and global working environment with teamwork spirit.
