• Comply with procurement policies and procedures. • Comply with procurement process • Plan, organize and lead the assigned procurement operations of the company. • Negotiate best possible procurement and logistic terms with vendors to ensure the company obtains the best commercial advantage possible. • Conducting commercial analysis and price bench-marking of all vendor proposals. • Pursue and implement cost reduction activities to improve overall business performance • Make oversea purchase order follow purchase requisition. • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule, follow up and problem solving and prevent logistic cost error. • Coordination and supervision of purchase ordering and delivery schedules • Manage problem solving, arising due to supplier’s failures, changes in legislation, tax, financial regulations. • Prevent procurement errors and costs involve to the company. • Administer the system in coordination with other function person to ensure purchase requisition and purchase orders are efficiently proceeding in line with policy and process that shall be implemented from time to time. • Regularly update the proposed delivery schedule from vendors to all related department • Regular up to date of saving cost report on monthly basis. • Advises management in appropriate for the revise team job description to meet the actual job requirement when required. • Perform others related duties as assigned from management.

• Bachelor Degree in management or related field. • Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing job and logistic. • Strong both negotiation skill and sourcing skill. • Good in English and Chinese in preferred, Outlook, SAP system, Excel. • Good interpersonal and communication skill. • Hard working, can work under pressure, tasks deadline and can traveling to province/ oversea. • Honest and fast learner.
