_ Set priorities and define strategies to collect overdue loans _ Chase and spot-check non-paying clients _ Negotiate directly with clients and guarantors, and cooperate with branches to collect from overdue clients _ Regularly collect payments from overdue clients, carefully respecting the procedure _ Liaise with local authorities where useful _ Recommend approaches for court cases, prepare complaint files and perform role as plaintiff in court _ Coach new credit officers about the procedures and experiences on effectiveness of loan recovery _ Provide reports on daily work planning, recovery performance and status of court cases

_ Degree in Finance and Banking, Marketing, law or related fields _ Minimum 3 years of work experience as Credit Officer or experience in loan recovery _ Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across branches _ Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills _ Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English _ Computer literacy
