- Develop sales strategies in all market segments toward maximizing the company revenues. - Manage and monitor sales teams. - Create strong business relationship with customers. - Monitor market developments and the competitors. - Knowledgeable with CMA of real estate industry. - Build up relationship with existing customers. - Often visit customers and promote products. - Find prospective customers. - Plan and prepare sales report. - Hire, train, manage, and motivate the sale teams. - Do other tasks as require.

- Bachelor degree in marketing or related fields. - Experience in real estate industry at least 2 years - Good in English, know other languages or Chinese is a plus. - Good communication and negotiation skill. - Willing to work inside and outside office. - Strong in problem solving. - Knowledge in MS. Office (word, excel and power point). - Honest, friendly, independent and flexible. - Can work under pressure. - working: Monday – Saturday
