*Account Payable - Check report A/P and Cashier - Check all receipts and expenses, require original receipt, actual supporting documents, and have paid stamp on invoice - Check and verify cash in and out between cash book and QUICKBOOK reports - Review the account code expense description correctly in QUICKBOOK system - Keep track of who borrowed cash and repaid as assigned - Receive approved general manager monthly files from DIS to make journal *Adjustment - Keep track of monthly depreciation expenses to make journal at the end of the month - Lead team to count on fixed asset every six month - Submit your cashbook, cash report, check report daily to the approval for review and approval *Purchasing - Review stock reports daily to alert all stakeholders to buy and sell stocks - Check KHB statement between D.O QUICKBOOK system and excel purchase report - Check purchase return from KHB has paid off *Cashier - Verify cash balance in Cashbook with A/R in system - Delegate team to instead while collector and cashier have permission - Supervise cashier to submit documentation to A/R and A/P daily - Other duties or tasks as assigned by manager

Work Experiences: - At least 3 year experiences related to Finance or Accountant - Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline - Good interpersonal Communication and problem solving skill - Confident and self-motivated.
