• Provide overall leadership for the implementation of all activities under Component 1 in collaboration with project staff, particularly the Chief of Party and the MoIC-based Project Coordinator; key government counterparts, private sector associations, related donor projects, and other stakeholders. • Oversee the design and launch of the LBE Project grant mechanism – the Business Ecosystem Grant Fund. The Grants Manager will report directly to the Component 1 Manager. • Assist the Chief of Party in preparing annual work plans and progress reports and all deliverables related to Component 1.

• Lao citizenship - A graduate degree (Master’s or equivalent) in economics, finance and/or business administration • Technical expertise in small and medium enterprise development/capacity building, private sector development • At least 7-10 years of professional experience • Experience managing and implementing similar donor-funded technical assistance activities in Lao PDR and/or Southeast Asia • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
