* Stocktake ( physical and prepare stocktake report) - Data entry in excel report - DO summary report - RF summary report - Mod summary report - Prepare and file of DO & RF - Truck claim weekly * House keeping - Office - Warehouse - Cutting grass - Report warehouse items need for repair * Maintenance - Update on consumable items (restock) - Request purchase order & pay - Maintenance of all materials - Monitor electricity meter ( to receive and pass hardcopy invoice to accountant) - Laisse with forwarder & HQ for imports - Laisse with constructor for maintenance and report of warehouse - Negotiation of price and finalization and acceptance work done
