-Support company’s IT infrastructures, telephone and CCTV systems in office/factory. -Perform IT helpdesk support -Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications -Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks -Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults -Provide support of roll-out of new application -Prepare procedural documentation and relevant report -Follow procedure to repair a fault or set up a system -Establish good working relationship with customers -Perform user acceptance test -Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. -Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as required -Travel customer office/factory if needed -Willing to learn new technology

-Holder of Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines -At least 2 years solid system support and network setup / administration experience. -Familiar with MPLS, NAS, SAN, Backup Solution, Firewall, Windows Server, Cloud Solution and Network Security. -With knowledge in Lotus Notes server administration, Linux Server, VMware ESXi 6 will be an advantage but not essential. -Less experience will be considered as IT System Support
