- ​​​​Issue daily sales invoice by manual or upload from Accounting System - Reconcile daily sales invoice between hard copies and both system with Accounting System - Manage sale planning and stock available for sales - Reconcile between Sales Revenue Account and Sales Report - Reconcile between VAT output Account and Sales Report - Record to off-set between VAT Output and Input into VAT Payable or VAT Credit Carried Forward - Manage the adjustment of Accrued Revenue at the end of month - Manage to calculate tax related with sales in Accumatica at the end of month: Prepayment Income Tax of 1%, Specific Tax for Alcoholic of 30% (If any), Public Lighting Tax of 3% (If any) - Print out the Sale Journal, Prepayment Income Tax and VAT Return forms and submit for checking. - Prepare the soft copy of sale journal for General Department of Taxation (GDT) and send for checking - Daily Clear AR balance based on Receipt or Cash into bank or cash - Reconcile between AR account and Customer Balance Report - Manage to issue the statement of customer for payment, if require by customer from Tax - Fill and prepare the documents of customers for any auditing from General Department of Taxation (GDT) or other purpose - Other assigned by Management
