• Register and maintain the fixed asset listing, acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system and FAR • Monthly reconcile of fixed assets (cost and accumulate depreciation) in fixed asset and GL modules • Numbering of assets and ensure all fixed assets are tagged with asset ID • Collection and filing properly of all fixed asset invoices • Prepare the necessary journal entry for asset transfer, asset disposal and asset write off follow the financial procedure manual • Perform physical fixed assets counting (by categories) and reconcile • Asset reconciliations with physical verification report and keep tracking all asset transfer entries from one location to another location and update in FAR • Co-ordination with the locations and projects department for capitalization of assets • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed • CWIP and provision for CAPEX management, Depreciation run • Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation • Monthly-end closing by prepare asset management depreciation run • Other job will be assigned from superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance • At least 1 year of experience in accounting functions • Knowledge in accounting system, SAP is advantage • Faster learner and willing to learn to new things • Hard working • Be good in English speaking and writing
