Jobs Description

•Provide analytical and operational pricing support through margin and pricing analysis. •Support in annual cost model review to ensure accuracy •Implement the pricing standards for DHL services to all customer groups. Prepare reports that enable pricing strategy to be developed and informed business decisions to be made. •Assist in providing pricing support both planned and ad-hoc requests •Assist in preparation of pricing strategy and reports •Train all field sales and telesales executives to understand the costing and pricing rationale and use the contract rates appropriately •Work together to produce reports and analysis for use by functional departments •Review all requests for rate changes and rates for new business to ensure they comply with policy, and approve as appropriate in order to ensure profitable growth •Identify areas of opportunities for potential revenue of country by analyzing performance indicators and pricing position versus competition •Monitor and report on a monthly basis contract end date. List customers whose contracts due to expire and recommend pricing for contract renewal to be forwarded to concerned sales managers one month prior to contract expiry. •Coordinate with SSC to set up new rate (both special and contract rate) into the billing system in a timely manner. •Detail role profile will be given to the successful candidate.

Jobs Requirement

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related field is required. •Good Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required. •Good Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email. •At least 2 years of experience in a product and/or service pricing role/in a marketing, or business analysis position. •Good at numeric and analytical skills. •Ability to use sound judgment, anticipates impact of decisions, and plan how to manage risks. •Possess strong leadership skill, time management, planning and organizing skill. •Ability to provide both verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner. •Must be able to expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others.
