•Assist Finance Assistant in daily job (prepare supporting documents for IV scan and PV upload) •Coordinate with Finance Assistant in filling document properly by month. •Help Finance Assistant in scanning all daily documents especially Speedex invoices and occurring vendor. •Perform surprise cash count with customer services twice times per month. •Assist Finance Supervisor based on the assigned and urgent tasks.
