• Develop and execute a sale strategy targeting customer, implements appropriate strategies to improve sales • Oversee several sales activities aimed at increasing sales • Leverage special events and marketing opportunities to sell products at high volumes • Coordinate with other divisions / departments to expand product coverage and limit overlap • Leading and monitoring sale’s team performant • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value • Address customer complaints related to product or service sales • Occasionally fill in for existing sales representative servicing existing Customers • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects • Generating and Managing regular sale report • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales when needed • Other Jobs will assign by Manager or Head Department

• Strong interpersonal and Leadership skills • 3 Years Experiences on Sale Leader • Good knowledge of the local property and Project Development • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills and Ability to handle customers efficiently • Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition • Capability to grow in a competitive/Challenging environment
