** Job Purpose: The job holder is responsible for assisting the operations in the back office with particular reference to Treasury Operations, Internet Banking, Payroll, Trade Finance, and Remittance. ** Job Dimension: - Budget (Operating/Capital): As per delegation of authority - Total No. of Reporting Staff:               ** Communications & Working Relationship - External: Nostro Agent, Customer, Insurance Company - Internal: All business departments ** Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all Treasury Ops process and to ensure all are functioning well - Oversee all internet banking process and transaction and to ensure all are functioning well - Process all Payroll transaction and to ensure all are functioning well - Process all Trade Finance transaction and to ensure all are functioning well - Process all Payment and remittance transaction and to ensure all are functioning well - Authorizer for related systems i.e. BDS, AS400, Trade Finance, Internet Banking, SWIFT, OBS, etc. - Other task/project as assigned.

** Knowledge Skills and Experience: - A bachelor degree in Business or Account/Finance & Banking and other related fields. - At least 04 years’ experience in MFI, banking, and back office function. - Self-motivated, flexible and proactive - Good at problem solving and negotiation skill with all levels - Good interpersonal and communication - Good English both writing and speaking - Good at computer skills (Ms. Office, internet/email) - Able to work under pressure, able to stay late at night, work in team, a fast learner.
