• Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent • At least 3 years work experience in Safety preferably in construction field • Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written (must be able to write reports) • Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good inter-personal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff and governmental institutions • Must be able to prepare and deliver simple training and presentation material • Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels • Global mindset, pro-active, analytical, problem-solving, paired with a very clear hands-on mentality
