• MEP Coordinator: Point of contact between Consultant and Contractor. Review Shop Drawings and collate comments for approval. • Review all MEP material submissions, technical specification approvals based on Consultant Design Specs. • Deliver accurate MEP Reports: Coordination & Construction Stage • Manage MEP Works, Contractors and Site Engineers • Delegate work to Site Engineers: Review of drawings, inspections, and reports. • Track site progress of MEP Works compile reports (weekly progress reports) • Oversee MEP Site Inspections: Sign off all inspections upon review of correct installation • Deliver an appropriate level of technical advice and support for designated responsibilities • Lead Testing & Commissioning: Understand requirements • Review As-Built Drawings (MEP) and Operational and Maintenance Manuals: Ensure the drawings reflect comments and site installation

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical /Building Services Engineering or related field • 10+ years’ experiences in a related field, • Precise and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy • Critical Thinking, Multi-tasking • Provide strong problem-solving skills & technical advice • Proficient with Auto Cad and Microsoft Office • Ability to work on-site/outdoors and in a Team environment • English language skills in both written and spoken English
