Jobs Description

- Take the lead in promoting Company’s products and services to potential clients and local authorities. - Liaise and build good cooperation with local authority, partner, and all stakeholder. - Study to understand policy, procedure, and guidelines related to providing and collecting loans, and guide credit officer regularly. - Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Loan and none loan services. - Train Credit officer how to inspect and analyze record and attitude of loan application in order to ensure that such borrowers are truly adequately qualified for loan, as stated in the loan policy, and that they can perform all requirements for loan security. - Take part with Credit officers in explaining and educating the loan application about the credit policy and procedure in a way that the loan applicants are aware that the loan including principal and interest shall be repaid regularly according to the schedule in the loan contract. - Review all loan documents which a Loan officer has made in order to ensure good, clear, accurate, and adequate implementation of the credit policy and guidelines of the higher management before submitting them to higher management for approval. - Monitor and follow up customer repayment reports daily. In cases where there is a customer later repayment, it is necessary to arrange a credit officer responsible for accessing the client's residential or business premises so that they can study and solve the problem in a timely manner, avoiding the debt being a serious debt. - Participate in staff performance appraisal under its direct supervision. - Advise Credit officers to be aware and take responsibilities to monitor the situation and the borrowers and properties mortgaged, at least once within 6 months. - Day-to-day manage Credit Officers at the branch by follow up the individual staff Performance, Identify the Training need, provide supporting to improve their performance, and participate of the capacity building. - Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. A-dhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. A-pprove the loan by given authorization. - Review loan reports and others. - Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or Finance and Banking or in any related field. - At least three years’ experience in Microfinance or banking industry or other related field. - Honesty, Initiative, creatively, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, and able to manage and lead team for success. - Ability and effectively communicate in both Khmer and English. - Sound working knowledge of Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Email). - Good commitment in fieldwork and strong willing to work with rural people. -egulations. - Good Judgment and decision-making skill. - Salary can be negotiable. - Note: Internal staff who can apply such as RIA, RIT, OT, FT, CO who meet breakeven point (Zone1: 125 clients or 340,000$; zone2: 155 clients or 320,000$; zone3: 160 clients or 270,000$) PAR30+<1.5% (End of Feb 2020).
