Job Summary: This role is really important to manage to Bancassurance Life Planers and building productive relationship with bank partner at branch level to achieve monthly and annual target. Key Responsibilities: •Recruit Bancassurance Life Planner to deploy at Campu branches. •Training and coaching Bancassurance Life Planners. •Join sales with Bancassurance Life Planners. • Responsible to deliver monthly target and annual target. • Building business relationship with Campu branches.
